3 teenagers die of drowning

Bantwal, Aug 15, 2012 : Three teenagers died of drowning in Vittal on August 15, Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. The deceased are Praveen, Tilak, and Dhanraj, all 14 years of age, who had gone swimming in a river near Kadumbu in Vittal.

Although it rained heavily on August 13 and August 14, the weather was clear on August 15. Moreover, it was a holiday due to Independence Day, owing to which the three decided going for a swim.
