Two fishermen goes missing

Udupi, August 24,2012: In yet another fishing tragedy two fishermen have gone missing off Malpe coast near here on Thursday.

The missing fishermen have been identified as Fayaz Ahmed from Chitpady and Manikantha from Bailoor.

 Sources from the Malpe police station said that the duo had been to seashore on Thursday and the incident happened when they had been fishing near Tebma Ship Yard.

 

A complaint has been registered by their relatives. Search operations are  on for the duo both on land and the sea, the police said.
