Court defers order on Soorinje’s bail application

Mangalore, Nov 14, 2012: The III JMFC deferred the order on Naveen Soorinje’s bail application on Tuesday.

Sathish Bantwal, legal representative of Naveen Soorinje, who was recently arrested in connection with the home stay attack, filed a bail application on his behalf on Nov 8.

ACP T. R. Jagannath, the officer investigating this case, submitted the investigative report to the court on Nov 9.
