VHP, Bhajarangdal protest against persecution of Hindus in Pakistan

Mangalore, Dec 12, 2012: VHP and Bhajarangdal staged a protest in front of DC Office on Dec11, Tuesday demanding protection of Hindus residing in Pakistan.

 

 

Addressing the protestors, VHP Vice president M B Puranik said minority Hindus in Pakistan were facing persecution and that the Sri Ramachandra Temple  in Karachi has been demolished.

Puranik said that the population of the minority Hindus which was 22%  in Pakistan has  reduced to just 3%, but the Muslim population India was increasing every year.

He was also critical of the political parties which wooed the minority community just with an eye on their votes.

 Go Samrakshana Samithi leader Dinesh Pai, VHP President Manohar Thulajaram, District Secretary Krishnamurthy, Jagadish Shenava, Ganesh Kumpala, Bhujanga Kulal, Pradeep Pumpwell and Gopal Kutthar were present.
