Udupi: Catholic Sabha holds Christmas get-together

 Udupi, Dec 24,2012 : A Christmas get-together –Snehakoota 2012 organized by Catholic Sabha of Mangalore Pradesh and Our Lady of Shirva unit,  was inaugurated by Fr Stany Tauro, Parish Priest of Our Lady of Health Church, Shirva on December 22, Saturday. The function was inaugurated by cutting the traditional Christmas  cake.

Speaking on the occasion, Yasin Malpe, President of the Forum for Humanity, said the need of the hour is to foster peace, harmony and brotherhood in the society by understanding that all religions advocate peace.

Peter Mathias, President of Shirva unit of Catholic Sabha and  N M Hegde, Lions District Secretary also spoke on the occasion.

William Machado, Assistant Parish Priest, Fr Naveen D’Souza, Ronald Menezes, Melwyn Aranha, Michael Mathias and others were present on the occasion.
