5 members of family from Kundapur die in road mishap near Hassan

Kundapur, Feb 16,2013: In a macabre road accident reported from near Kodihalli in Hassan on February 15 night, five members of a family  from Kodi in Kundapur were killed when their car rammed against a tree.The killed included a toddler.

The deceased are  Subramanya (35), his wife Shobha (28), their son Adish (8 months), Shobha’s sister Sudha (25) and mother Vijayalakshmi (54).

It is said the Indica car in which the five were travelling on way to Kundapur from Tumkur rammed against a tree at a curve. Subrahmanya was an engineer, while his wife Shobha was a clerk in Karnataka Bank, Tumkur Branch. Another deceased,  Sudha who worked at Muthoot Finance, Bangalore was supposed to get maritally engaged on February 18, Monday.

Arasikere police have registered a case
