Kolnad: A teenage girl missing since June 1

Kolnadu, Bantwal, Jun 7: A teenage girl aged 19 goes missing since June 1 as to a complaint rgistered in Vittal police station.  As per the the complaint, Fathima Anisa, aged 19, daughter of Abdulla Kunhi from Panjarakody in Kolnad village in Bantwal Taluk has been missing since Saturday, June 1, 2013. 


Fathima Anisa believed to have left home on June 1, in the absence of family members. She said to have told her neighbours that she was going to her grandparents’ house.  However, she did not visit her grandparents or relatives till June 6. 


The family members think that something untoward has happened to Fathima. They filed a complaint in the Vittala police station on June 6. As to the information provided by the family members, that the girl was wearing a white churidar with green floral print and burkha when she left home.


She can speek Kannada, Tulu, and Malayalam languages, and is about 168 cm in height.
