Senior journalist BM Basheer chosen for P Lankesh Award

Mangalore, Jun 18, 2013: Senior Kannada journalist B M Basheer has been chosen for P Lankesh

Award -2012 sponsored by Karnataka Sangha of Shimoga.

 

Writer and thinker Basheer is presently working as news editor of Vartha Bharati Kannada daily.

 

Apart from it, Basavannappa Kambara has been chosen in the short story category, Girija Shastri for poetry and Dr H S Anupama in the translation category.
