Kundapur: Teacher killed as bus rams against bike

Kundapur, June 29, 2013: In a tragic road mishap reported from Nandibettu on NH 66 here on June 29, Saturday evening, a young teacher lost his life when the bike which he was riding was hit by a  bus.

The deceased is Prakash Naik(31) of Mullikatte near Trasi. Prakash who hailed from Kumta was a teacher at Arate Government School and stayed at Mullikatte. He was on way home from Kundapur when the Ganesh Travels bus collided against his two-wheeler. He is learnt to have died on the spot.

Prakash’s wife Prema is also a teacher at a government school at Noojadi. They have a six month old son.

Kundapur traffic police have registered a case.
