White Doves rescues man lying in garbage bin

Mangalore, Aug 29, 2013 : A destitute who was lying naked amid  the garbage in a bin outside the KMC Hospital at Balmatta was rescued by  the White Doves of Mangalore on August 28, Wednesday.

Ironically none including the several pedestrians and motorists who passed that way had chosen to take notice of this man who was lying in a pathetic state.

The man who was stinking was picked up from the dust bin after wrapping a blanket around his naked body. He was then taken to the  White Doves Home at Jail Road where he was given a bath, shaved and given clean clothes to wear. The man has been identified as Seetharam (26).

White Doves Home is presently looking after as many as 92 people mostly destitutes who were seen wandering on the streets.
