Those who insulted Dharmasthala Kshetra will be dragged to court : Prof. BK Ravindra

 Mangalore, Nov 2, 2013 : Prof. BK Ravindra, Principal of SDM Law College  who spoke to reporters here on November 1, Friday in the backdrop of the CID giving a clean chit to the Heggade  family, said  some  organizations  were  trying to dent the image of the Heggade  family by making baseless allegations. We will not take to streets like them but will  wage a legal battle, he said.

Commenting on the CID report naming Santosh Rao   the lone person arrested in the case, as the accused.  He said there was no doubt that Santosh Rao was the accused.

He said complaints have been made to the Deputy Commissioner as well as the SP on           those who have hurled unnecessary allegations regarding the Kshetra, the loans advanced and the interest levied under Dharmasthala project. We have records to prove ourselves, he said adding they will be taking to legal recourse against Mahesh  Shetty and Somanath Nayak who have offended the Heggade family.
