Ronald Colaco donates Rs 20 lakh to temple

Mangalore, Nov 25, 2013: NRI entrepreneur Ronald Colaco has donated Rs 20 lakh for the renovation of Sooryanaraya Temple, Maroli in Mangalore.

On visiting the temple on Saturday, he offered puja and handed over a cheque for Rs. 20 lakh in a formal programme in the temple premises. Offering the donation, he said, the society was united earlier unlike today, where society is divided based on community.

 

‘Religion is a way of life and hence enmity should not come in between religious’, Calaco said.  MLA J R Lobo and others were present.
