Laughter Club to start in Kadri Park

Mangalore, Dec 18, 2013: Bondel-Kadri Laughter Club will be inaugurated in Kadri Park on December 22 at 7.30 am , reports DHNS from Mangalore.

MLA J R Lobo will inaugurate the club. The club will continue its daily 20-minutes sessions starting at 6.30 am. Bondel Laugher Club, which functioned since 2002,is being renamed and shifted to Kadri Park. The daily sessions will be anchored by John B. Monterio, who had been anchoring Gateway Laughter Club in South Mumbai since 1980s and had pioneered sessions in Mangalore in the 1990s in the demonstration mode. The sessions have three components: starting with physical exercises or ‘fore play’, followed by ‘Laughway’ comprising ten types of laughter and concluding with self-esteem declarations. Anyone can participate without having to pay anything in he ‘enter and exit at will’ mode.
