Mangalore-Manipal Volvo bus timings revised

Mangalore, Dec 25, 2013: KSRTC has revised the timings of its Volvo bus service on the Mangalore-Manipal-Mangalore route from December 7. The division at present operates 25-round trips with the first trip from both Mangalore and Manipal starting at 7am and the last trip leaving these two towns at 7pm respectively, M Mahesh, divisional controller, KSRTC, Mangalore said.

While the frequency of the service during peak hours is one trip every 20 minutes, this goes up to 30 to 45 minutes during non-peak hours. The revised Volvo service trip timings from Mangalore and Manipal respectively are: 7am, 7.30am, 8am, 8.20am, 8.40am, 9am, 9.20am, 9.40am, 10am, 10.30am, 11am, 11.30am, 12.15pm, 1pm, 1.45pm, 2.30pm, 3.15pm, 4pm, 4.30pm, 5pm, 5.30pm, 6pm, 6.20pm, 6.40pm, and 7pm. No trips have been cut.
