12 students from CFAL selected for second round of Intl Olympiad

 Mangalore, Jan 14, 2014:  Twelve students of the Centre for Advanced Learning (CFAL) at Kuntikan in Mangalore have been selected for the second round of the International Olympiad.

Severine Rosario, Principal of the Centre said a total of 300 students had been selected at the first round   held at the national level.

The selected students from CFAL are Sumith, Vivek Prakash  from Sharada PU College, Nitin Krishnaraj J from Canara PU College,   Ranjana Kasangeri, Srividya Ramana of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Panambur, Vilas M,from Lourdes Central School, Vikhyat Shetty of Govinda Dasa College,  Mahendra K from Ekur Kendriya Vidyalaya, Amritha Sinha, Karthik Prabhu, Sanjana Prakash and Vaishnavi Satish from Lourdes Central School.

Severine Rosario informed that students are selected for the Olympiad in five rounds and added of the students selected in second round, a total of six would be selected for the third round.
