Drug peddler arrested

Kasargod, Jan 31, 2014 : A person hailing from Idukki in Kasargod was arrested by a special police team on the charges of involving in drug peddling. It is learnt, he was wanted in several cases of drug  peddling.

The arrested person has been identified as Shaji Monu alias P Suresh (42). He hailed from Idukki.  It has been reliably learnt that he had  supplied a staggering four quintals of ganja to  Kasargod  during the past one year period. One of his accomplices  was apprehended at Bevinje some time back. Police had seized 110  kg ganja from him.
