Scribes seek postal ballot facility

Mangalore, April 3, 2014: Dakshina Kannada District Working Journalists Association has requested  Deputy Commissioner A.B. Ibrahim to extend postal ballot facility to working journalists as most of them would not be in a position to caste their vote on the day of polling, as they would be covering the polling process as part of their duty.
