Man slips to death in river

Belthangady, April 11, 2014 : The body  of a person  hailing from Laila has been found in the river near the vented dam at Laila on April 10, Thursday. The deceased is Srinivas Shetty (45). The suspicion is that he might have slipped into the river on his way home from work.

It is learnt that he had not returned home on April 9, Wednesday evening.

Local police have registered a case.
