Boy rescued from well, while driver found dead

Mangalore, May 20, 2014: Tipper driver Cheluvaraj (29),  from Birahalli in Mysore was playing with the six-year-old boy Sanvith by the side of the well belonging to one Ramanna Alva at Kottinje near Maninalkur on Sunday. 

Both of them are said to have fallen accidentally  into the well. The people in the household  observing movement of the pipes from the well and checked inside only to find the 6 year old boy hanging on to the pipe for his life. Immediately people brought ropes and rescued Sanvith.

  The boy was taken to the nearby Doctor when he told them that the Tipper driver too has fallen in the well.  On searching the lifeless  Cheluvaraj’s body was discovered.
