Sullia, June 05, 2014: Media reports reveal, Aletti Gram Panchayat member committed suicide by consuming poison, at Nagapattana colony. The deceased has been identified as Mahadevi (45). It was said that she had attempted to commit suicide on june 3 night. Though she was rushed to the hospital, she breathed last on June 4 night. The reason for the extreme step is not known. Investigations are in progress.
