Aged man consumes poison, dies

Mangalore, June 16, 2014: Reports received indicate, a man aged about 70 years, who reportedly consumed a poisonous substance on June 7, died at Government Wenlock Hospital on June 14. According to Moodbidri police, Sadashiva Shetty, who was staying alone in a house in Puchchamogaru, was found unconscious after he consumed a poisonous substance. His wife had left for Mumbai to see their daughter.
