Bail with conditions for ASI

Udup, June 21, 2014:  Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) of Police Devraj who was arrested on the charges of molesting a woman commuter in a bus in Gangolli by Gangolli police was granted conditional bail at JMFC court in Kundapur on June 20.

Sources say that a conditional bail offered to the ASI comprises of one surety in the form of a person with Rs 10,000 bond. He is also directed to sign every Sunday in month in the police station and also he is cautioned against the repetition of the offence during the surety period.
