Copper wire thieves jailed and fined

MANGALORE, July 09, 2014:  The second CJM has sentenced three years imprisonment the accused in the theft of copper wires. The court alsofined them Rs 5, 0 0 0 . A c c u s e d Hanumantha of Ananthapur in Andhra Pradesh, Radhakrishna of Kerala, Samad of Puttur and Rizwan of Deralakatte had stolen wires worth Rs 2.90 lakh from Rajalakshmi Trading  Maidan Road on August 12, 2010, it is reported.
