Kaup beach assault - 4 arrested

Udupi, Sep 24, 2014: The police arrested four persons from Padu in Kaup for assaulting a boy and a girl in Kaup beach last week.  According to the police, the arrested are Preetham Kotian, Sudhir Suvarna, Sumana Suvarna and Hithesh. The father of the victim had complained to the police that the accused were circulating the video of the assault through Whatsapp.
