Lightning damages house in Vittal, 3 injured

Mangalore, Oct 12, 2014: Three persons suffered injuries when lightning struck them at Bengadabettu in Karopay.  The injured are Kamala (60), Devaki (35) and Maneesh (2). Heavy rains coupled with lightning and thunder lashed across Vittal region on Friday night.  The house developed cracks when lightning struck it. The electrical equipment have also been damaged.
