Tulu film ‘Soombe’ set for release

Mangalore, oct 15, 2014: A Tulu film, ‘Soombe’ is all set to hit the screens.   Addressing mediapersons in Mangalore, Film Director Saikrishna Kudla said that the film is produced under the banner Sri Yajnadhya Productions and is produced by Kishor Kottaru and Shwetha K Kottari.

Kannada actor Srinagar Kitti, Bullet Prakash and Biradar have guest appearances in the film.   Actors of the Tulu film industry Devdas Kapikad, Navin Padil, Bhojraj Vamanjoor, Aravind Bolar, Sundar Rai Mandara and others have acted in the film.

Saikrishna said that the date of the release is yet to be scheduled.  Director of the film Saikrishna Kudla has written the story, screenplay and dialogues. The music has been scored by Edberg Dilone and the lyrics are penned by Shashiraj Rao Kavoor. Rahul plays the male lead role in the film while Srithama Mukerjee is playing the female  protagonist.  The film has been produced at a budget of Rs one crore.
