Several trains partially cancelled, regulated

Mangaluru, Dec 27, 2014: Several trains from Mangaluru towards South will remain partially cancelled or regulated on December 27 and 28 owing to work on replacement of steel girders of a bridge between Mahe and Thalassery.

A release from Southern Railway here said the work will be taken up between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on both the days on the Shoranur-Mangaluru (down) line.

Trains affected

Train No. 56654 Mangalore – Kozhikode passenger will be cancelled between Kannur and Kozhikode.

Train No. 56324 Mangalore – Coimbatore passenger between Kannur and Kozhikode.

Train No. 56323 Coimbatore – Mangalore passenger between Kozhikode and Kannur

Train No. 16606 Nagercoil – Mangalore Ernad Express will be detained for 50 minutes at Mahe and it will arrive at Mangalore Central late by 50 minutes.

Train No. 16650 Nagercoil – Mangalore Parasuram Express will be detained at Mahe for 87 minutes and it will arrive at Mangalore Central late by the same amount of time.

Train No. 12217 Kochuveli – Chandigarh Kerala Sampark Kranti Express will be detained for 35 minutes at Mahe.

Train No. 12202 Kochuveli – Lokmanya Tilak Garib Rath will be detained at Mahe for 35 minutes.

Train No. 16859 Chennai Egmore – Mangalore Express will be detained at Mahe for 25 minutes and it will arrive at Mangalore Central 25 minutes late.

Train No. 22609 Mangalore – Coimbatore Inter City Express  will be detained for 18 minutes at Thalassery.
