Scholar supported for research internship by Konkani centre

Mangaluru, May 10, 2015: It is made known, Swasthik Prabhu, scholar of Vishwa Konkani Student Scholarship Programme of World Konkani Centre, Mangaluru has been selected for a  two- month research internship in "Energy and Raw Materials" from prestigious TU Clausthal, Germany starting May 14 to July 10.

He is third year BTech student at Department of Mining Engineering,  NITK -National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal. It is funded by Vishwa Konkani Student Scholarship Fund and VAA, Vishwa Konkani Scholarship Alumni Association, along with NITK, Surathkal.

Every scholar under Vishwa Konkani Scholarships undergoes transformative training programme during the course of Scholarship Programme under KSHAMATA, Konkani students’ higher achievement motivation and training academy helping them to aim high and achieve their goals.
