Special trains for Onam, Velankanni festivals

Mangaluru, August 21, 2015: In order to clear the extra rush of Kerala bound passengers during the approaching Onam festival, the following special train services would be operated as under:

1. A) Train No.02613 Krishnarajapuram – Kochuveli Suvidha Express special:
Will leave Krishnarajapuram at 19.00 hours on 26-08-2015(Wednesday)and will arrive at Kochuveli at 11.15 hours on the following day(27-08-2015-Thursday).

B) Train No.02614 Kochuveli – Krishnarajapuram Suvidha Express special:
Will leave Kochuveli at 20.15 hours on 27-08-2015(Thursday)and will arrive at Krishnarajapuram at 11.15 hours on 28-08-2015(Friday).

The above train services will compose of five 3-tier AC coaches, 10 Sleeper class coaches and 2 Luggage cum brake van coaches. They will have stops at Whilefield, Salem, Erode, Podanur, Palakkad, Ottapalam, Thrissur, Ernakulam Town, Kayamkulam and Kollam.


2.A) Train No.04422 Nizamuddin – Kochuveli Superfast AC special:
Will leave Nizamuddin at 05.55 hours on 22-08-2015(Saturday)and will arrive at Kochuveli at 11.00 hours on 24-08-2015(Monday).

B) Train No.04421 Kochuveli – Nizamuddin Superfast AC special:
Will leave Kochuveli at 23.00 hours on 28-08-2015(Friday)and will arrive at Nizamuddin at 03.00 hours on 31-08-2015(Monday).

The above train services will compose of one 1-AC coach, four 2-tier AC coaches and ten 3-tier AC coaches. They will have stops at Agra Cantt., Gwalior, Jhansi, Bhopal, Nagpur, Balharshah, Warangal, Vijayawada, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Palakkad, Thrissur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town, Kottayam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur, Kayamkulam and Kollam.

3.A) Train No.02715 Vasco – Velankanni Suvidha Express special:
Will leave Vasco at 10.30 hours on 27-08-2015(Thursday) & 02-09-2015(Wednesday) and will arrive at Velankanni at 12.30 hours on the following days(28-08-2015-Friday & 03-09-2015-Thursday).

B)Train No.02716 Velankanni – Vasco Suvidha Express special:
Will leave Velankanni at 20.15 hours on 28-08-2015(Friday)& 03-09-2015(Thursday)and will arrive at Vasco at 21.10 hours on 29-08-2015(Saturday) & 04-09-2015(Friday).

The above train services will compose of five AC Chair Car coaches, 9 Sleeper class coaches and 2 Luggage cum brake van coaches. They will have stops at Madgoan, Karwar, Kumta, Bhatkal, Kundapur, Udupi, Suratkal, Mangaluru Jn., Kasaragod, Kannur, Kozhikode, Shoranur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Karur, Tiruchchirappalli, Tanjavur, Tiruvarur, and Nagaptinam.

4. A) Train No.02717 Vasco – Velankanni Suvidha Express special:
Will leave Vasco at 13.30 hours on 30-08-2015(Sunday) and will arrive at Velankanni at 13.00 hours on the following day(31-08-2015-Monday).

B) Train No.02718 Velankanni – Vasco Suvidha Express special:
Will leave Velankanni at 20.15 hours on 31-08-2015(Monday)and will arrive at Vasco at 21.10 hours on 01-09-2015(Tuesday).

The above train services will compose of five AC Chair Car coaches, 9 Sleeper class coaches and 2 Luggage cum brake van coaches.
