Udupi, Dec 22, 2015 : A painting exhibition titled “Krishna” by artist Praveena Mohan will be held at the Gallery Aditi, December 24 to 27. Addressing media, Kiran Acharya, managing trustee of Aditi Trust, which runs the gallery, said that the exhibition would focus on Lord Krishna and his romantic moods. As many as 22 paintings would be acrylic on canvas, four drawings and one metal embossing.
Praveena Mohan had been painting for the last eight months for this exhibition. While some of the paintings would be in realistic style, the others would be in modern abstract style. The exhibition will be open for public viewing from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the gallery located in the B.Ed. College Road.
The exhibition will be inaugurated at 6 p.m. on December 23. T. Gautam Pai, Director of Manipal Media Network Ltd, will inaugurate the exhibition. Vishwavallabha Tirtha Swami of Sode Vadiraja Mutt will grace the occasion, Dr. Acharya said.
