The fund available with the Arogya Raksha Samithi should be given to the Lady Goschen for the completion of the building, she requested.

In response, DK DC Ibrahim said that it would not be possible to hand over such a huge amount available under Arogya Raksha Samithi to a single hospital. The tender process should be initiated by showing the amount with the Samithi as a deposit, he added.  DC Ibrahim also expressed displeasure that the closure of endosulfan victims’ day care centre at Kokkada and Alankar. He directed the district health officer and the nodal officer to restart the centre on June 6, Monday.

Fish meals  :  The fish meals, which were served to the patients at the Wenlock Hospital, have been suspended. The meeting decided to restart the facility.
