12-year-old missing girl traced in Thane

Surathkal June 09,2016: The missing girl from Kattipalla was traced by Thane police .She was handed over to the family on 08 June, Tuesday.

The missing girl is identified as Ayisha(12).   She was the daughter of Rubeida. They were residents of Mumbai, Staying in Kattippalla from past six months.

The incident took place in Katipalla on June 05 Sunday, When Ayisha had gone to shop near by her house to get biscuits, but did not return home. The missing complaint was registersd by the family in Surathkal police station.

The search operation was taken up by Surahtkal police, information was passed to all the police stations. Finally the girl was traced by the Thane Raiway police on June 07, Tuesday. Ayisha was brought back to Mangaluru under the instructions of the police Officer Prakash Bhandary on June 08 She was handed over to her family safely in the presence of Mangaluru North MLA Moideen Bava, Dr.Bhasker. Althaf and Usman.

As per the Ayisha she was Kidnapped in an autorikshaw by  some masked persons. The identity of the kidnappers is unknown yet.

The investigation is going regarding the case.
