I am hurt by Poojary’s comments on CM over Mahadayi row : Minister Khader

Mangaluru, Aug 17, 2016: State Minister for Food and Civil Supplies UT Khader has said that he was pained by the comments made by senior Congress leader B Janardhana Poojary against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah over the Mahadayi issue.

Reacting to Poojary’s statement that "Siddaramaiah would  be affected by the curse of farmers," Khader said "Janardhana Poojary is my leader who shaped by political future. I  have great respect for him. But the way he has  criticised the Chief Minister over the Mahadayi row is not proper. Home Minister G Parameshwar has already apologised for police action against the farmers. The police officer and personnel responsible for atrocities on farmers have been suspended," said Khader.
