Sexual assault, man detained at ullal.

Mangaluru, Jan 07, 2017: As per reports, Ullal police arrested a man on the charge of sexually assaulting a Dalit woman at Kotekar when she was walking alone. The arrested is Raviraj (28), a resident of Kotekar.

According to police, the victim was walking towards her home after alighting from the bus. Raviraj followed her and accosted her in a secluded place near Vidyanagar school. But the woman managed to escape and reach her home.  Based on a complaint, the police arrested Raviraj. He was said to be in an inebriated state.
