Sep 30, 2017: The Karnataka State Coastal Zone Management Authority will conduct a public consultation meeting at the Town Hall here on October 28 at 11 a.m.

It has been called to invite objections if any to the draft Karnataka State Coastal Zone Management Plan Map.

The draft has been prepared by the National Centre For Sustainable Coastal Management, Chennai.

People can also give suggestions. The Deputy Commissioner will preside over the meeting.
