Mangalore, July 15, 2011: A young man having his roots in the educational hub of Manipal, is today a proud member of the Royal Australian Air Force. It’s the sheer dedication and perseverance of Sudeep Sudhaker that has today earned him a place as the aerospace engineering officer in the aerospace engineering department of Royal Australian Air Force, that too after a five-round rigorous interview.”The best part of the job is working with cutting edge technology,” says a proud Sudeep. He is the first Kannadiga to attain such a position.
Son of U Sudhaker Salian, Extension Counter Officer at TA Pai Management Institute in Manipal and Yashwanthi S Salian, Professor in Commerce at MGM College, Sudeep is an alumnus of Madhava Kripa School, Manipal and MGM PU College. He later went on to do his BE in mechanical engineering from National Institute of Engineering, Mysore and then a post-graduation in product development and computational fluid dynamics from Deacon University, Australia.
Sudeep was good at swimming, basket ball, badminton and other sports right since school days and even won several awards. Beginning his career in Australia as a design engineer, he is now a flying officer.Kudos to him.
