Mangalore, Aug 6, 2013: The small screen has been attracting a lot of young talents in the recent times while giving ample scope for the exposure of hidden talents too. It was through the small screen that a zealous young lady from Mangalore, won the heart of Kanandigas and is now all set to take firm but steady steps in the Kannada filmdom.
She is Anushree who made her debut in Namma TV and is today a popular face across the state by successfully anchoring various popular programmes on TV. After a brief stint with Namma TV she joined ETV and eventually made it to Zee TV where the anchoring of ‘Comedy Kiladigalu’ brought her name as well as fame.Soon she was in the dance event Kuniyonu Bara which she even won and later anchored the programme.
Anushree who had her education till fifth standard in Bangalore, later shifted to Mangalore with her mother and brother to continue her education. She is also an alumnus of Narayana Guru School in Mangalore.The attraction towards the small screen was too much for this young girl that she became a busy anchor after her PUC.
Some of the popular TV programmes she anchored included Twenty Twenty Comedy Cup, Namaste Kasturi and Dance Karnataka Dance. But it was the Big Boss that gave her the much needed break and today this bubbly girl has two film offers in hands.
