Aug 03, 2016: Bollywood actors might be famous, but their better halves are no less. While a few them are actors in Bollywood, a few others are interior designers, entrepreneurs and a lot more. These ladies stay in the limelight as much their husbands and are equally famous too.

 

Anjali Siddiqui

Anjali is the woman behind the Kahaani star Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s success and stardom. The couple have a daughter and a son, to whom Anjali plays a hands-on mother. Well, she might be away from the media glare, but she sure is the queen of Nawaz’s heart.

Komal

Actor, singer Himesh Reshammiya tied the knot with Komal when he was all of 21 years old. A homemaker and a mother to her little son, Komal’s world revolves around her celebrity husband and kid. The couple chose to keep it low profile and are rarely spotted posing for the shutterbugs.

Sutapa Sikdar

Wife of ace actor Irrfan Khan, Sutapa Sikdar might be a lesser known name, but she also has a few commendable works to her credit. The lady worked as a dialogue writer along with her husband for films like Shabd, Supari, Stars Bestsellers-Alvida, and Khamoshi the Musical. However, she chose to keep it private and lets her husband hog the limelight.

John Abraham and Priya made a subtle announcement about their marriage and in fact one can count the number of times the couple has made a public appearance. Born and brought up in Los Angeles, Priya is of Indian origin. She has studied law in University of California, Los Angeles (USA) and did her MBA in London. Bollywood’s serial kisser Emraan Hashmi married Parveen in an Islamic wedding in December 2006. The couple are also blessed with a son Aayan, who was in news while he was diagnosed with cancer. Hailing from a Sindhi family, Parveen works as a teacher in a pre-school. A huge number of fans and followers might have contributed to Emraan’s accomplishments, but Parveen Shahani has given it the perfect edge.

Prerana Chopra

3 Idiots star Sharman Joshi tied the knot with Prerana Chopra, daughter of veteran actor Prem Chopra. The couple has a daughter, Khyana, born in October 2005, and twin boys, Vaaryan and Vihaan, born in July 2009.

Sunita Ahuja

Comedy King Govinda’s wife Sunita is a family person and loves spending time at home. They are blessed with a son Yashvardhan and a daughter Tina Ahuja. Tina made her Bollywood debut with the 2015 film Secondhand Husband. Although Sunita was spotted in a few red carpet occasions along with Govinda, the pretty lady prefers to keep it low-key.
