And now stunning actress Freida Pinto has taken on a more sultry persona for a photo spread in indie fashion magazine Flaunt.
The Indian beauty, 27, was photographed in a short raven-haired wig that culled up images of 1950s glamour as she batted off rumours she’s become a demanding Hollywood diva.

The Slumdog Millionaire star was applauded for her enigmatic beauty by the magazine, whose editors entitled the spread, ’Freida Pinto is Museum Quality Beautiful’.
Styled in an corseted Bottega Veneta dress in a rustic shade of emerald, she leans on the heels of her embellished stilettos, tugging at the straps and pulling up the hem as if restlessly trying to rip the garment away.

Having a moment: The actress, 27, denied rumours she has turned into a diva
The actress is hell for leather in another shot, wearing a studded Versace bustier and matching skinny jeans from the luxury label.
The look was a touch gothic, paired with a Swarovski crystal cross necklace, coiled bracelet and hoop earrings.
Freida spoke about how the Indian film industry has evolved to create more opportunities for women onscreen, crediting Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor for treading a path for starlets to heed.

She said: ’Now, it seems to me, even taking Indian cinema in consideration, I feel like this year we’ve kind of experienced a shift in humanity.
’In India, actually, there has been a large disparity in how much a female and male actor gets paid, but this year, one actress changed all that.’
And while she played the part of a seductive diva convincingly for the seaside photoshoot that accompanied her interview, the actress says she has falsely earned that reputation in some circles.
She explained: ’When I was promoting this big-budget film, some Indian media reported that I was being a diva on set, and that’s the reason I did not want to come to India to promote the film.
’I’m like, "What? I’m in f***ing America. That’s why I can’t promote the film in India". It’s not easy to be in two places at once. It’s not true.’
Freida, who rose to fame for her role in 2008’s Oscar-winner Slumdog Millionaire, was recently seen at the Cannes Film Festival promoting her upcoming role in drama Desert Dancer.
Ever-fashionable, she was ready for the Riviera in a striped twin set that showed off her toned abs.
The Richard Raymond film she was promoting, set in Iran, tells the true story of Afshin Ghaffarian, played by Reece Ritchie, who risked his life to become a dancer despite a nationwide ban.
The movie is set for a 2013 release.
