Indian cricket team’s dashing blue-eyed boy, Irfan Pathan, 31, tied the knot with Jeddah-based model, Safa Baig, 21, on February 4, 2016, at Haram Shareef in the holy city of Mecca in Saudi Arabia. According to a source close to the Pathan family, the wedding ceremony was a low-key affair and was conducted amongst close friends and family members. The ceremony was followed by a lavish dinner party hosted by the Pathan family in Trident Hotel in Jeddah.

The date mentioned, i.e. Februay 4, 2016 clearly confirms that the marriage indeed took place, thus quenching all the rumours saying it could be a Valentine wedding for Irfan.
