Sonam Kapoor has an interesting fixation with South Indians

Mumbai, Oct 03 2019: Sonam Kapoor and South Indians have quite a connection. No, we’re not talking about just Dulquer Salmaan, who was her leading man in The Zoya Factor, but it’s way beyond that. The actress is quite superstitious and that has a connection with South Indians.

 

When we sat down for a chat with Sonam Kapoor during the promotions of her film, The Zoya Factor, the pretty actress revealed to us about her fixation with people from down South. “I make sure I have a lot of South Indians in my films’ crew or cast, that’s my superstition. Someone told me if I work with people from dakshin, it will always work,” Sonam told us.

Since Sonam played a lucky mascot for the Indian team in her film, we asked her if she really believes in such things and the actress had replied, “I think destiny is very relevant, obviously you know everybody has something written for them. But at the same time, I think without effort and without doing your best, nothing can happen." Sonam also spoke about how Anushka Sharma was mercilessly trolled at a time when Virat’s performance was not up to the mark. The actress had said, "That’s just cruel and unnecessary.” She had also added that it totally unethical to hold someone responsible for someone else’s performance.
