Nov 23, 2017: Tera Intezaar, the erotic thriller starring Sunny Leone and Arbaaz Khan has been given an A Certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification. After seeing the film at NFDC, Peddar Road last evening, the Censor Board has decided that you have to be 18-years-old or above to be able to get an entry in cinemas screening the film.
Sunny Leone And Arbaaz Khan In Tera Intezaar
Though Tera Intezaar has been cleared with zero cuts, the makers are not amused with the certification. They would have liked a U/A certificate, that would have let them reach out to a larger section of the audience.Mehul Gaur, producer of Tera Intezaar confirmed the news to SpotboyE.com. “We have settled for an A certificate though I would have liked a U/A certification. The Censors wanted a fire scene cut, I don’t know why. Speaking about the kissing scenes in the movie he said, “There are such scenes but they are not as blatant as they are made out to be.”
Sunny Leone And Arbaaz Khan’s Upcoming Movie Tera Intezaar
A source told SpotboyE.com, the CBFC felt that they would have to ask for plenty of cuts, if the film was to release with a U/A certificate. But since Tera Intezaar has been sold and promoted as a risqué movie replete with intimate and hot lovemaking scenes between the lead pair, any deletions or cuts, would make the movie lose its essence.
In an EXCLUSIVE interview to SpotboyE.com a few days back Sunny Leone had gushed how comfortable she was shooting explicit scenes in the film. “Lovemaking scenes or sensual scenes or intimate scenes, are just similar to how you get choreographed to dance for any song,” said Sunny.
