Victory For Telugu Actress Sri Reddy! MAA lifts ban o her after NHRC’s notice to Telangana Gov

Hyderabad, Apr 14, 2018 : Unlike most of the other actresses who keep mum on the prevalent sexual harassment cases in the industry, Telugu actress Sri Reddy took a stand and a strong one, indeed.

 

Grabbing the entire nation’s attention, Sri Reddy stripped off her clothes in protest, leaked chats with several popular celebrities, and demanded justice.

Hours after National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) sent notice to Telangana government and the Union Information and Broadcasting Ministry over her sexual harassment allegations, MAA lifted the ban on the actress.

The Telugu actress had also questioned the Telangana government and MAA on the absence of a Committee Against Sexual Harassment.
