August 31, 2022: A video of an Air India flight attendant is going viral on social media for all the right reasons. The steward can be seen consoling a crying baby on board. This gesture was acknowledged by the toddler’s father, Jeevan Venkatesh, who uploaded this sweet video on his Instagram handle. It shows the male attendant walking to and fro with the baby in his arms. The video has over 2 million views.

 

In the now-viral video, the steward, who has been identified as Neil Malkam, is seen walking to and fro with the baby. The baby appears to be very comfortable with the stranger. She is hardly making any fuss.

The internet lauded this kind man’s gesture. “Heartwarming gesture what a kind man,” a user wrote.

“I don’t think it has much to do with the takeover rather the individual! He isn’t obligated to do this but he still did it. I hope you told him his kind gesture was appreciated,” another user wrote.
